Adam has been happily married to Kristi for 26 years. They have two incredible adult children: Ayden (a college football player) and Emi (a recent high school graduate and competitive dancer). Beyond raising their kids, which has been profoundly rewarding, the Brusa family cherishes making memories through travel, good food, laughter, sunshine, ocean visits, or quiet talks by an outdoor fire. Adam is a lifelong learner, often found reading with coffee, and enjoys good food and music with his family.
Adam's ministry journey began at age 20, driven by a call to bring the Father's heart to every generation. With over 30 years in ministry, he's served in diverse pastoral roles, he's served in diverse pastoral roles, including Youth, Young Adult, Associate, and Senior Pastor. Each experience has deepened his understanding of faith, leadership, and compassion.
Adam's ministerial credentials include licenses from John Street Baptist Church (1995) and The Assemblies of God (2006), with ordination from both The Assemblies of God (2009) and the World Harvest Ministerial Alliance.
He specializes in prophetic activation, prophetic processing, and strengthening groups through encouragement, cultivating healthy relationships that foster stability, solutions, and kindness. Adam partners with churches, leaders, businesses, and emerging movements, offering consultations, workshops, seminars, and online classes to bring heavenly possibilities to life.
A commitment to lifelong learning is central to Adam's life. He graduated from World Harvest Bible College and has completed over 5 years of advanced prophetic training with The Prophetic Company, becoming a pioneer A.C.T. Certified Trainer and a certified Prophetic Processing Coach, Trainer and Consultant.
He guides communities in prophetic development, helping connect spiritual promises and cultivate sustainable prophetic communities.
In 2024, he completed a Master Trainer Apprenticeship in Prophetic Processing and is currently part of "P3," a year-long track focused on developing global New Testament Presbyteries.
Martial arts have been a lifelong passion since childhood. Adam has studied American Kenpo Karate since age 16, achieving the rank of 5th Degree Black Belt (Associate Professor) in 2020. He has shared this art with thousands, also using it as a unique way to share the Gospel.
Adam joined the Prophetic Team for Work Place Prayer in June 2023. He has also been a content creator and member of the Hope Team for the MyWord App since 2024.
